Solutions on Silicon Technologies supports customers with second source consumable materials for Epitaxy and Diffusion applications.
The goal of
SoST is to support our customers in the widest possible range within these applications. In so doing we are pleased to represent some world class suppliers such as:
- GTI (Gold Tech Industries): Industrial Gold, Nickel, Copper and other materials plating applications
- Conax Semiconductor Materials: (Thermocouples, fittings and feedthrough applications)
- Toyo Tanso: SiC coated Graphite and bulk SiC parts for Epi applications
- RHENIUM Alloys: (IR heating lamps and heater elements)
- MSR-FSR: Quartz repair and maintenance services
